Content: Hello,I am contacting you because the Android screen/radio unit I purchased for my vehicle is experiencing a serious malfunction.During the first weeks, the device worked correctly and powered on normally when starting the car. However, a few days ago several progressive issues started to appear.At first, a high-pitched electronic noise could be heard while the screen was turned on. Shortly after, the screen began remaining completely black when starting the vehicle and only attempted to power on by constantly flickering.Currently, the issue has become significantly worse. The screen stays black for long periods of time and takes a very long time to react. In some cases, it repeatedly flickers as if it is trying to boot up, but it fails to start properly.It is important to mention that the system still works partially, since Bluetooth continues connecting and audio playback still functions correctly. Therefore, the issue appears to be related specifically to the display or the internal power supply of the unit.I have also performed a manual reset using the reset button on the device, but the issue continues to occur.I would like to request a solution as soon as possible, either through repair, replacement, or refund, as the product clearly presents a manufacturing or hardware defect.I look forward to your response.Thank you very much.

Content: Compre una radio de su marca si no me equivoco a finales de octubre de 2025 más o menos el problema es que desde hace un par de semanas me está dando problemas problemas del tipo de que tú conectas el Bluetooth y la música por ejemplo se escucha pero la imagen o sea el vídeo que se encienda la pantalla empieza a encenderse y apagarse encenderse y apagarse y no termina de encenderse todo y cada vez está yendo a más más y más y no y hoy por ejemplo no he conseguido que encienda ningún momento se ha quedado como apagada aunque la música se escuchando. Content: Good afternoon, I recently purchased a Ximroam car radio, model B0FSRGXN2B. It works correctly without an external microphone connected; when making calls, the other person can hear me (although the quality is poor, as is typical with internal microphones). However, when I connect the external microphone, the other person cannot hear anything. I also tried another microphone I had at home, and the problem persists. Do I need to change any settings when connecting an external microphone? Can you help me with this issue? Thank you.
