Content: Good afternoon, I recently purchased a Ximroam car radio, model B0FSRGXN2B. It works correctly without an external microphone connected; when making calls, the other person can hear me (although the quality is poor, as is typical with internal microphones). However, when I connect the external microphone, the other person cannot hear anything. I also tried another microphone I had at home, and the problem persists. Do I need to change any settings when connecting an external microphone? Can you help me with this issue? Thank you.

Content: Bonjour, j’ai acheté l’autoradio CarPlay 1 din le 03/12/2025 sur Amazon, aujourd’hui je rencontre des problèmes avec celui ci, je n’arrive plus à connecter mon iPhone que ce soit en Bluetooth et en câble l’autoradio affiche Connect in en permanence et reviens sur la page d’accueil alors que jusque ici il fonctionner bien, j’ai tenté de le remettre au réglage d’usine mais rien ne fonctionne.
